Not just a moment of zen anymore. Reality!
so i remember watching The A-Team, and then watching Mister-T on USA saturday morning cartoons. and it think rockyIII is my favorite because of mr. t. i know that over the years he hit rock bottom, and has had to work very hard to keep a float. but these are just a few ways to show that america still loves him:

sage francis ~ very midnight
from: the makeshift patriot ep. i always listen to this song when im up late just being awake not sleeping. sage is a good listen at any time of the day/night. more people should take the time to listen. its not just rap, rappers dont have masters in communications
it all started for me with nevermind in 1992 when i got the cassette. im pretty sure i was instantly hooked on in bloom and lithium. i was 8 at the time. picture this (i have no real pictures): my hair down to my shoulders, flannel, ripped jeans and black combat boots. that was 1992 for me.
so first lithium, then into rape me . but moreso into unplugged. i know that i watched it when mtv first broadcast it.
which brings me (inevitably) to foo fighters. i first heard my hero on the radio and had the album shortly after. you could say that i have a mancrush on dave grohl, ill admit it, i do. and i love all the foo fighters works, but when i found probot it was something more then the foo could offer.
my two favorite bands are without a doubt metallica and foo fighters. ive been fortunate enough to see the foo fighters twice but only metallica once (for now). the love for metallica is born out of 80s metal, 80s raw punk, hardcore, thrash, etc. this is where probot fits in.
its a shame, but the album wont ever get much attention because it was just a one shot for dave, but the songs on it show a side of mr. grohl that only comes out slightly in songs like low, generator, breakout, in your honor and now the pretendor showcase the loud, aggressive and screaming side of dave’s musical abilities.
the this started from my trying to do some homework and my inability to do so.
last time i saw the foo dave played acoustic and went up in a cherry picker and dedicated the song to his wife, this time. after lowering a seperate accoustic stage from the sky dave played the first have electric by himself and was then joined by the rest of the band. Not the bed video, but you get the idea.
my everything hurts but ill probably be smiling well into sunday
